Your privacy is important to you and it is important
to me. All members of the College of Alberta Psychologists, including myself, adhere to a Code of Ethics that requires reasonable efforts to maintain client confidentiality. We will discuss confidentiality in our first meeting, and you will have the opportunity to ask questions, or raise any concerns you may have at that time.
I will check with you whether or not you want me to contact you, and by what means, and whether or not it is okay for me to leave a message or send emails before doing so.
Our office is discreetly situated in a professional office building.
If you are under the age of 18, I will discuss with you and your guardian the limits of confidentiality in our first meeting. You will have the opportunity to raise questions or concerns you may have.
